Yesterday was fun.
We went to the North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day parade. They seem to make a big deal of it. It was about 1 ½ hours long with lots of candy, lots of green, lots of spectators lining the narrow street.
We were all hungry by the time it was over, which was the perfect time for an all-you-can-eat place. Myrtle Beach is full of them. We had been looking at the popular seafood buffets, but found a sushi place, sit-down, AYCE, for half the price. King Sushi in Surfside Beach. Customers place orders with a waiter for sushi, hibachi, or japanese dishes. We ordered a few things at a time. The sushi was good. The kids loved the hibachi steak and chicken. (They charge extra for excess leftovers.) Everyone liked it.
When we got back to the RV, there was no wind and the sun was shining, so we went to the beach. Anne and I walked on the beach in our hippie dresses. I bought this huge light blue sundress before we left Moscow and called it my RV dress. I thought I would be comfortable to wear in the RV. It sounded good at the time, but the dresses I bought are either kinda small or very big. We saw similar dresses in kid sizes in Beaufort, and Anne asked for one. Hers is pink only cost $15.
We sat outside for a while later and I practiced guitar.
I thought it was a pretty good day.
